If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit.

If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an e-mail to John Mauldin or someone else at Thoughts from the Frontline, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our website, we use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you with information that you request.

We do not disclose any personal or financial information about you, whether you are our current or former client, without your authorization or direction, except as disclosed below.

We may share information about you with affiliated and nonaffiliated third parties, in order for them to assist us in providing services to you, and otherwise as permitted by law. You may not limit the sharing of this information. However, nonaffiliated third parties who receive information about you in order to assist us in providing services to you are restricted from using your information for any other purpose, except to the extent we have a solicitor or joint marketing arrangement with them, as further described below.

We may also share information about you with our affiliated financial service companies as reasonably needed to provide you with the financial services that you have engaged us to perform, or otherwise to identify services which may serve your financial, investment or planning objectives. We may also disclose information that we collect about you with nonaffiliated third party financial services companies with which we have solicitor and joint marketing arrangements. If you are a resident of California, we will not share your information if you notify us that you do not wish us to share this information with non-affiliated third parties. If there is a change to our Privacy Policy, the new policy will be posted on our web site with a visible effective date, and is available by email or post when requested.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
